Broad Reach Retail Partners is pleased to announce the grand opening of our new tenant, Pet Supplies Plus in Covington Plaza shopping center located in Fort Wayne, IN. The approximately 8,000 SF store and has an initial 10-year term.
This is the third Fort Wayne location for Pet Supplies Plus. The store features full service grooming, three self-serve dog wash stations, cat adoption center, community room where pets can meet and play, as well as a Veterinary clinic for low cost vaccines and testing. The Covington Plaza Pet Supplies Plus also partners with different rescue groups in the area, including the Fort Wayne Animal Care and Control.
Store owner Yonis Hagos stated “This is a beautiful store,” and “we are happy to bring this third location to our customers who’ve wanted a store on the west side of Fort Wayne. We’ve made it happen!”
Mike Castellitto, Partner and Chief Operating Officer for Broad Reach, was pleased with the six week timeframe in which the fully built out store was delivered to the Tenant. “It was a pleasure to partner with Pet Supplies Plus and help them expand in the Fort Wayne community,” Castellitto stated.
