Broad Reach Closes on FUND II

Annapolis, MD, December 28, 2016 — Broad Reach Retail Partners, LLC (BRRP) announces the closing of its second equity fund: Broad Reach Retail Partners Shopping Center Fund II.

“FUND II will allow us to reach our goal of acquiring in excess of $200 million in shopping centers in the next two years,” said Nate Tower, founder of Broad Reach Retail Partners.

BRRP is focused on buying necessity, retail-anchored shopping centers located east of the Mississippi. Fund II allows BRRP to quickly and efficiently acquire properties which meet the buying criteria of the company. Based on the size and structure of Fund II, BRRP has a targeted goal of acquiring in excess of $200 million in shopping centers in the next two years.
