Spring has sprung! This Tips for Tenants provides a few helpful reminders to our current tenants.

Friendly Reminders:

Time for a spring refresh? Please take a look at the below reminders to help keep our properties and your stores in tip top shape:

  • Don’t wait to call! If you see a maintenance issue, call our property management team right away. The sooner we hear about an issue, the sooner we can take care of it.
  • Be courteous and clean: Please be courteous and keep the dumpsters clean. When trash piles up, we need to call someone and that effects other initiatives at the property.
  • Windows: Have you cleaned your windows lately? Make sure to keep them sparkling for the spring.
  • HVAC: Be sure to check your HVAC systems and conduct any necessary servicing.
  • Employee Parking: Please instruct all staff to leave the closest parking spots in front of the store for guests. This is prime real estate and encourages more visitors to stop by.
  • Signage: Check and repair any exterior signage – this keeps the center looking great for guests.

Reviews Matter

Did you know how important customer reviews are? The impact of authentic consumer reviews are growing. More and more individuals (>50% depending on the industry) turn to online reviews to validate purchasing decisions.

How can you get more reviews?

Offer customers incentives in exchange for a review! This could be a small free gift or a discount on their next purchase.
