Nate Tower
Nathaniel “Nate” Tower is the CEO and Founder of Broad Reach Retail Partners, LLC. Prior to founding Broad Reach, he served as Chief Investment Officer at Phillips Edison & Company (PECO), one of the nation’s largest and fastest-growing owners of grocery-anchored shopping centers, where he led acquisitions and financing efforts that grew the portfolio from 5 centers in 1996 to over 90 by 2005 — 85 acquisitions across 50 transactions totaling more than $490 million, increasing Net Operating Income by over $50.65 million and creating an additional $250 million in net new value for investors. Before PECO, he spent seven years at Colliers, a premier third-party real estate brokerage and property management firm in Baltimore.
Mr. Tower holds a Bachelor of Arts from the College of Wooster and a Master’s in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University. He serves as President of the Board at Jemicy School in Baltimore, Maryland, helped form its Alumni Association, and was the founding Chairman of the Baltimore Leukemia Cup Regatta and Commodore of the Baltimore City Yacht Association. He lives in Annapolis, Maryland, with his wife, two children, and their dog, and is an avid competitive sailor who also enjoys snow skiing, traveling, and family time.
