Broad Reach Retail Partners Just Bought the Liberty Square Shopping Center in Illinois

Strong, northern Chicago sub-market, anchored by Jewel Osco with 17% vacancy.

MILLERSVILLE, MARYLAND — Broad Reach Retail Partners, an owner and operator of shopping centers, today announced its acquisition of Liberty Square, a grocery-anchored shopping center

in Wauconda, Illinois.

Location. Liberty Square is located in the strong, northern Chicago sub-market of Wauconda, IL.

Size. The center consists of a little over 107,000 square feet of leasable property, spread across 10 acres.

Occupancy. Jewel-Osco anchored center which is 83% occupied, with 18,540 square feet for rent, in sizes ranging from 988 to 7,638 square feet.

Tenants. Tenants include Jewel-Osco, T-Mobile, Great Clips, GNC, Subway, and KFC plus a variety of local companies.

Demographics. Within a five-mile radius are 70,000 consumers who, on average, have a household income of $130,000.
