Broad Reach Retail Partners (BRRP) announces the purchase of Eighteen Mile Shopping Center located in Central, South Carolina. The center is anchored by Super Wal-Mart (Shadow), Dollar Tree, Hibbetts Sports and was 83% occupied at the time of sale.
Eighteen Mile Shopping Center is located 4 miles from Clemson University and is the closest Super Wal-Mart anchored center to the University. BRRP already has several tenants interested in the vacant spaces within the center.
