Maria Still joined Broad Reach Retail Partners with a background in real estate accounting and property operations gained through her experience at Severn Management Company. Prior to joining Broad Reach in February 2026, Maria supported the financial and administrative operations of a diverse portfolio of affordable housing communities across the Mid-Atlantic.

In her role at Severn, Maria was responsible for supporting month-end close, preparing financial statements, account reconciliations, payroll processing, employee benefits administration, etc. She worked closely with internal teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing across both property and corporate financial operations.

Maria holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina. She brings a detail-oriented, dependable, and collaborative approach to her work and is excited to apply her accounting experience and operational support to the Broad Reach Retail Partners team.

Having grown up in a small town in Calvert County, MD, Maria enjoys exploring new activities, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
