Jessica Hansen
Jessica joined Broad Reach Retail in October 2025, as a Senior Leasing Representative focused on leasing the retail portfolio. Jessica’s career in real estate spans over 20 years in all aspects of the real estate industry including residential, commercial, office, mixed use development and retail, although her affinity is for retail. Her experience working with national and regional retailers and local business owners for institutional landlords, REIT’s, private equity and boutique real estate firms in multiple markets and across many different regions across the United States has proven tremendously valuable and is reflected in her successful track record. Jessica started her real estate career in Florida although she was raised in the Northeast and happy to return home in 2019 to further pursue her career. Jessica travels regularly throughout the country for her portfolio, however her home base is in Connecticut, where she resides with her husband, two kids and three dogs. Jessica enjoys taking life one adventure at a time!
