Senior Leasing Representative
At Broad Reach Retail Partners, our mission is to create value for our partners, people, and properties. We are looking for a commercial retail Senior Leasing Representative to manage a growing portfolio of value-add, grocery-anchored shopping centers across the country.
In this role, you will be at the leading edge of our value creation by focusing on growing revenue through the leasing and redevelopment of our shopping centers as we expand our portfolio through acquisitions.

What Will You Be Doing?
- Cultivate relationships with local, regional, and national tenants and prospects
- Negotiate new deals and renewing existing tenant lease agreements
- Travel to each center in your portfolio, prospecting, review markets, and show space
- Network with other associates within the commercial real estate industry
- Conduct research on various markets, market trends, and specific properties.
- Canvass and cold call in local markets for assigned properties to support lead generation in our growing portfolio of retail shopping centers.
- Maintain and utilize database platforms such as CoStar, Crexi, RE2, ZOHO, etc
- Support in the development of merchandising plans, leasing budgets and proformas
- Attend various industry trade shows for each assigned market
