In this role, you’ll be on the front line of value creation—driving financial modeling for acquisitions, dispositions, operations, and more as we expand our portfolio.

What you’ll do:
Helping to source new opportunities for the company including:
- Underwriting: build and refine financial models to evaluate acquisitions, dispositions, operations, and financing
- Market Analysis & Investment Memoranda: conduct in-depth research on market and submarket trends to inform investment decisions and prepare compelling investment memoranda
- Sourcing:
- Identify and evaluate potential properties through direct research and market analysis
- Cultivate relationships with brokers, property owners, and industry stakeholders
- Manage and track the acquisition pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities
