Broad Reach Retail Partners is pleased to announce the addition of the Shoal Creek shopping center located in Cambridge, MD to its Brokerage and Property Management portfolios.
This 62,000 square foot center is anchored by Save-A-Lot and Walgreens and is 86% occupied. Conveniently located along Route 50, also known as The Ocean Gateway, the center enjoys excellent exposure and access. “We are excited by the dynamic growth that has been seen in this market,” stated Mark Mueller, President of the Brokerage division of Broad Reach.
In addition to being tasked with the leasing, Broad Reach Retail Partners, LLC was also awarded the property management contract for Shoal Creek. Property management duties include focused property-specific plans such as annual budget, income stream forecast, operation, lease administration, billing and collection.
