Broad Reach Retail Partners is pleased to announce the grand opening of our newest fashion-forward tenant: the Pink Pineapple Boutique at Heritage Square shopping center in Granger, IN.
Owner Kayzie Weedman saw an opportunity fulfill a dream she’s had since her teens: open a boutique featuring women’s apparel, accessories and gifts at reasonable prices.
She transformed the 1,500 sf former pet store space at 7225 Heritage Square Drive, Suite 240, into the trendy Beverly Hills Hotel style it is today. Kayzie has experience in the fashion industry having recently been in the Top 15 at the national Mrs. America pageant competing as Mrs. Indiana. “I hand select every piece that is here,” says Kayzie. Clothing prices will range from $30 to $60. Added Kayzie: “Everything is affordable and good quality. It’s affordable because I want everyone to be able to shop here.”
