Senior Leasing Representative
At Broad Reach Retail Partners, we create value for our partners, people, and properties. We are looking for a Senior Leasing Representative to manage a portfolio of value-add grocery-anchored shopping centers across the country.
In this role, you will be at the leading edge of our value creation by focusing on growing revenue through the leasing and redevelopment of our shopping centers as we expand our portfolio through acquisitions.

What you will be doing:
- Cultivating relationships with local, regional, and national tenants and prospects.
- Negotiating new deals and renewing existing tenant lease agreements.
- Traveling often to centers in your portfolio, prospecting, reviewing markets, and showing spaces.
- Networking with other associates within the commercial real estate industry.
