Broad Reach Retail Partners, LLC is a young, energetic, real estate company that is focused on buying, leasing, and managing under-performing shopping centers.  The company currently operates a portfolio of 17 retail shopping centers totaling over 2 million square feet across ten states.  Broad Reach is actively seeking to acquire centers with a five-year goal of owning 25+ centers.

Broad Reach Retail Partners is currently a seeking dynamic, self-motivated individual who would like to join our growth-oriented, entrepreneurial firm as a Director of Marketing. This is a perfect role for someone who enjoys being a brand ambassador for the entire company and is interested in being part of a progressive, fast-paced team that is dedicated to creating value for our Partners, Properties, and People.

What Will You Be Doing?

 

Marketing

  • Manage and develop the overall marketing strategy for the company – taking the lead on driving our mission statement with consistent brand messaging both internally and externally
  • Create and implement an annual marketing plan, including content calendars
  • Work with the leadership team on employee engagement and retention program and activities (i.e., planning company outings, annual meeting, onboarding, etc.)
  • Maintain and optimize our website via WordPress, and work with digital marketing vendor on ongoing SEO strategy and overall digital presence
  • Maintain and optimize the use of our current Zoho CRM system
  • Create and send email campaigns containing Leasing, Brokerage, Acquisitions, Investor Relations, and Company related messaging via Zoho Campaigns
  • Regularly track, report, and communicate on the effectiveness of all marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Coordinate industry tradeshow registration including booth space procurement, insurance, rental equipment, print ads, shipping materials, and handouts/gifts
  • Develop and post relevant content across all media channels (web, email, print, mail, social media) for each department
  • Monitor and update all social media channels, and actively engage employees
  • Create and update marketing flyers and online listing services for Leasing and Brokerage listings, procure center video campaigns
  • Draft press releases for grand openings, new employees, acquisitions, and all company-related activities
  • Work with various vendors on marketing projects such as collateral materials, company video, Facebook ads, and management of website
  • Assist Property Management with Tips for Tenants (quarterly), tenant events, and other customer relations needs

Investor Liaison

  • Be the face of Broad Reach and assist our investors with administrative needs/questions
  • Assist with production of quarterly mailings to investors
  • Assist with Eblasts to investors regarding new investments or Broad Reach news
  • Assist with PPT deck for fundraising
  • Assist with Investor tradeshow and meeting scheduling

General

  • Assemble marketing books and other collateral materials as needed
  • Administrative duties as needed
Team All Hands

Job Requirements:

  • Two to three years of marketing experience in a professional environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field; and/or recent experience in marketing and promotion
  • Working knowledge of CRM Systems (Zoho a plus), design apps (Canva and Adobe Creative Suite), website CMS systems (Word Press a plus), MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint
  • Excellent writing, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and methodologies including online content marketing, social media, graphic design, web design, production, etc.
