Meet the Property Management Team
Jeff Wright
Senior Property Manager
Jeff Wright joins Broad Reach as the Senior Property Manager. Before coming to BRRP, Jeff most recently worked with Big V Property Group in Atlanta to manage shopping centers across the country, as well as some in his local market. He kicked off his real estate career in 2009 by managing class A storage buildings and some grocery anchored shopping centers based in Charlotte, NC, after graduating from Wake Forest University. He has great enthusiasm and will add amazing value to our team and our tenants.
When not putting out fires or cleaning up tornadoes for work, he enjoys good food, travel, and taking his lab to the park for endless rounds of fetch.
Alex Kipp
Assistant Property Manager
Alex Kipp is joining Broad Reach in 2023 as an Assistant Property Manager. Alex graduated from Bob Jones University with a Sports Management degree and a minor in Business. He then went on to receive his master’s degree from Messiah University. Prior to Broad Reach, he coached college basketball at the NCAA D3 level for three years. He served as the recruiting and travel coordinator as well as managed day to day operations within the program.
Alex grew up a Baltimore Orioles fan and enjoys being acquainted with all levels within the organization. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, sports, and spending time with his wife Ashli, son Landon, and dog Bentley.
Steve Ferciot
Property Administrator
Steve joined Broad Reach Retail Partners in January 2019. Steve plays an imperative role at Broad Reach Retail Partners by assisting & managing property management projects as well as day-to-day accounting activities. His career of over 30 years includes Purchasing Manager, Facilities Manager, and Accounting.
Steve earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Greensboro College in Greensboro, NC. In his spare time, Steve enjoys golfing, boating, and spending time with family.
Glenda Neal
Property Accountant
Allie Jones
Property & Lease Administrator
Allie Jones joined Broad Reach Retail Partners in February 2021 with over five years’ experience as a Property Administrator. Prior to joining Board Reach Retail Partners, she worked as a Property Administrator for St. John Properties, managing a portfolio of over two million square feet and 200 tenants in office and flex space. In her role, she administered all Leases and Amendments, and maintained the tenants’ accounts for her portfolio, including all collection efforts.
Allie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Dance from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. Her hobby is teaching dance to all ages and she has over ten years of experience in teaching.
In her spare time, Allie enjoys traveling, the beach, and spending time with her husband Joe, daughter DellaRae and dog Cali.
Christina Carr
Director of Marketing
Christina joins the Broad Reach Retail team with about a decade of marketing experience in various industries. Prior to joining Board Reach Retail Partners, she held a position as a Marketing and Business Development Manager at a small tech company in DC. There she was responsible for the overarching marketing strategy and budget, the day-to-day efforts, as well as supporting in developing well thought out and concise proposals for new business.
Christina graduated from Villanova University with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing. She is specifically passionate about creating strong brand stories that build loyalty. Christina has a wide range of expertise within marketing spanning from social media to content creation, and from brand operations to event marketing.
As the Director of Marketing & Investor Relations at Broad Reach, Christina is responsible for developing and managing the company’s overall marketing strategy including corporate branding and messaging. She is also heavily involved in investor communications, tenant relations, and employee engagement.
In her spare time, Christina enjoys baking (especially making ice cream), hosting parties, and escaping to her family’s lake house with her Chesapeake Bay Retriever, Ryder.
