Broad Reach Retail Partners is proud to announce the refinancing of the Beech Grove Plaza, located in Indianapolis, Indiana.  The center is shadow anchored by Kroger and anchored by Sears, Dollar Tree and Fashion Bug. Net proceeds from the refinancing totaled approximately $3 million dollars and the lender was a national Life Insurance company.

February 2010, Broad Reach Retail Partners, LLC refinance Highland Square Shopping Center located in Crossville, TN.

Broad Reach Retail Partners is proud to announce the refinancing of the Highland Square Shopping Center located in Crossville, TN.  The net proceeds of the transaction were approximately $4.6 million dollars and the lender on the deal was a regional bank.  This was a critical part of the redevelopment of the project and extremely helpful in ensuring the project will meet its full potential.  Highland Square is a 180,000 sf center that is anchored by Kroger Supermarket.
