Broad Reach Retail Partners Seeks Senior Leasing Agent

Broad Reach Retail Partners, LLC is currently seeking a Senior Leasing Agent to lease space in our shopping center portfolio. This position is for an energetic, motivated, self-starter with three to five years of retail leasing experience.

Responsibilities:


  • Develop relationships with national, regional, and local tenants
  • Prospect markets where centers are owned for viable tenants
  • Underwrite tenants
  • Negotiate leasing terms and conditions
  • Present deal to Principals
  • Oversee tenant installation process


    • Skill Set:


  • Proven selling skills
  • Effective negotiator
  • Self-motivated
  • Good decision making skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Capable in spreadsheet and word processing software
  • Willingness to travel
