Coastal Capital Management Welcomes Karen Rosenbaum

Coastal Capital Management, LLC is pleased to announce the addition of Karen Rosenbaum to our management team as Property Accountant. Karen will be based in our Virginia Beach office and will provide property accounting services for the Coastal Capital Partners' portfolio of twelve shopping centers in five states.

For the past six years, Karen was a Client Service Specialist with Norfolk-based Goodman & Company specializing in tax accounting.
